Parippu Vada

Ingredients:
Chana dal - 1 cup soaked in water for 4-5 hours
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Curry leaves
Onion - 1 medium size
Green Chilli - 1 or 2
Salt - toi taste
Oil - for deep fry
Besan/Gram flour - 2 Tbsp

Method:
1. Grind All the ingredients in your blender. Please not that it should not be fine paste. Just grind partially. 



2. Take a portion and make balls with the batter and flatten the balls.



3. Deep fry the balls once the oil is hot.



4. Here I go with my Paripp Vada.




Note:
1. The oil must be very hot when you put the balls. Once you put the flattened ball reduce the flame.
